Introduction
This statement is made pursuant to Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the steps DataReign has taken to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our business operations and supply chain.
DataReign is committed to acting ethically, transparently and with integrity across all aspects of our business. We recognise our responsibility to help combat modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking and other forms of exploitation.
This statement sets out our policies, processes, due diligence measures and ongoing commitments to reducing the risk of modern slavery within our operations and supplier network.

We are dedicated to:
Acting fairly and ethically in all business relationships
Maintaining transparent and responsible supply chains
Preventing exploitation within our operations and supplier network
Promoting awareness of modern slavery risks internally
Taking appropriate action where concerns are identified
Policies and Governance
Our commitment to preventing modern slavery is supported by a number of internal policies and governance processes, including:
Code of Conduct
Whistleblowing Policy
Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy
Supplier and Partner Due Diligence Processes
Recruitment and Employment Verification Procedures
Data Protection and Information Security Policies
These policies are regularly reviewed to ensure they remain effective and aligned with current legislation and best practice.
Supply Chain and Risk Management
As a professional services and consultancy business, DataReign’s supply chain primarily consists of:
Technology vendors and software providers
Recruitment and contractor partners
Professional services suppliers
IT, infrastructure and cloud service providers
Marketing, events and operational suppliers
While we consider the overall risk of modern slavery within our direct operations to be low, we recognise that risks can exist within broader global supply chains and outsourced services.
To help mitigate these risks, we:
Conduct due diligence on new suppliers and partners
Assess suppliers based on ethical and compliance standards
Request confirmation of modern slavery and human rights commitments where appropriate
Reserve the right to review supplier practices if concerns arise
Work with suppliers who share our commitment to ethical business practices
Recruitment and Employment Practices
DataReign is committed to fair and lawful employment practices across all areas of the business.
We carry out appropriate right-to-work, identity and reference checks for employees and contractors where applicable. We also ensure that all individuals working with DataReign do so voluntarily and are free to leave employment in accordance with contractual agreements and applicable employment laws.
We do not tolerate forced labour, bonded labour, child labour or any form of exploitation.
Training and Awareness
We believe awareness and education are critical in preventing modern slavery.
Relevant employees are provided with guidance and awareness training to help identify and report concerns relating to modern slavery, unethical labour practices or exploitation.
Employees are encouraged to report any concerns through management channels or whistleblowing procedures, and all concerns are treated seriously.
Ongoing Commitment
DataReign is committed to continually improving our approach to preventing modern slavery and strengthening our ethical governance processes as the business grows.
We will continue to review our policies, supplier processes and internal awareness initiatives to ensure they remain effective and proportionate to the nature and scale of our operations.
